About Me

Flutist with the Sinfonica de Xalapa, Miami Beach Symphony, South Florida Symphony, Trenton Symphony, Boca Raton Pops, Bach festival Orchestra, Haddonfield Symphony.

Teaching music in public school in New Jersey. I taught every instrument as well as singing.

All this led up to composing and song writing, a new career. Music teachers all arrange for their students, and this is one more step in the direction of creativity.

Music ran through my childhood in Minnesota.  My parents sang in the car and around the piano, which my mother played so beautifully her entire life. She accompanied me when I started flute in fourth grade. At night the sounds of Mozart and Chopin put us to sleep.

There was summer music camp, all-city orchestra, theory classes and flute lessons until college, then there was music all day! I always loved learning about music, which is the same passion I hope gets passed along to my students.
